This baby contest is available online for the time and prizes specified at
www.babysunprotection.com/contest.
By entering, you agree to the
following : I grant permission to Baby Sun Protection, LLC to use the
image of my child, as described below. Such use includes the display,
distribution, publication, transmission, or otherwise use of photographs and
images taken of my child for use in materials that include, but may not be
limited to, printed materials such as brochures and newsletters, videos, website
display and digital images such as those on the Baby Sun Protection Web site.
I give unrestricted permission for my child’s image to be used in print, video,
and digital media. I agree that these images may be used by Baby Sun Protection,
LLC
for a variety of purposes and that these images may be used without further
notifying me. I do understand that the child’s full name will not be used in
conjunction with any video or digital images.
Synopsis: you are sending in a photo of your child that will be on our website. We may even add your little cutie pie to our catalogs or brochures, but we will have to have a high resolution photo for that, so chances are slim. We keep your cutie's full name out of the contest
- the first and/or middle is good, just in case.
